Paulie Dery joined YETI in August 2019 as Vice President, Brand and Creative and has been Chief Marketing Officer at YETI since 2022. M. Shearer was selected to serve on our Board of Directors because of his extensive experience in public accounting, finance and internal control, as well as expansion initiatives.
